For some reason i cant get on suicide box?? I also cant jump on cat from the middle box or jump on the box at lower tunnel.. basically i cant jump anywhere where i have to jump and crouch. Also when i open css i get these black lines on my screen that keep coming and dissapearing and are really anoying but ONLY in css...??

Please post any configs you have, such as config,cfg, autoexec,cfg and others. If you have any launch options, also post them.
Can you capture the black lines with a screenshot?
Are there any errors in your console?

Also post your system specifications, as well if it is a laptop, or a desktop.
